Simplify Assignment (Demo)
Multiple Doctors can be assigned to the case. This will then add to their docket if it is a ME Case or ME Cert Case where autopsy is required and not complete.
Body Storage Tracking (Demo)
Expand your facility and track every storage location. The expansive software allows for flexibility for years down the road. Don't feel locked down with storage sizes or hold back for future budgets. Adding new storage locations is quite easy.

Search by case # or deceased and easily locate the selected body. Follow the amount of days stored and autopsy status.

Move Through Open Casefiles (Demo)
The Doctor can view cases to see the type of case and how many days the case is open to follow-up on them. The Case File displays if it is not complete and the Doctor is the assigned doctor on the case. The case’s display in a list under My Open Cases with the following information:

• Date - Listed in the order of oldest case to newest case.

• Case # - The case number is numbered sequentially as the YY-NNNNN format.

• In - The case is in process of investigation if there is a yellow circular arrow or if there is a green check mark the investigation is complete.

• Tx - The case is in process of toxicology if there is a yellow circular arrow or if there is a green check mark the toxicology is complete.

• Hs -The case is in process of histology if there is a yellow circular arrow or if there is a green check mark the histology is complete.

• Dr - The case is in process of inspection if there is a yellow circular arrow and autopsy or if there is a green check mark the doctors inspection and autopsy is complete.

• Days - The number of days the case has been open.
Pending Review Management (Demo)
When the Doctor's work is done but the case is still open a list of pending cases makes it easy to see the overall workload.

Manage time with high efficiency with little delay on finding out what the status of a case is and where it's held up.
Scene Photo Management (Demo)
The Doctor can view the Scene Photos after selecting a docket item.

1. Navigate to the Investigation tab.
2. Click Scene Photos and Documents from the left side menu.
3. View the Scene Photos taken at the scene.
